Country Friends wants to extend our deepest gratitude for the patience you’ve given to us as we’ve all dealt with these unusual circumstances. Beyond Covid-19, we are very aware that there have been times where our phones have been down, you waited on hold for too long, our credit machines haven’t been working, and when our team was been so busy that we were running behind. We are SO GRATEFUL to you for having our backs while we’ve problem solved, juggled, huddled, and have taken the best care of your pet(s).
We are allowing one client in with their pet at this time (masks are required). Curbside and drop-off services will remain as we work through the mandated social distancing requirements. Our check-in and pick-up processes are designed to limit exposure and to comply with OSHA and Texas’ Department of Health recommendations. Click here to view our curbside process.
We continue to offer TeleMedicine – an excellent option for non-emergencies. Click here to learn more about our TeleMedicine service.
In light of COVID-19, we wanted to provide you with a resource we have available which allows you to get the food you need for your pet while respecting social distancing. Click here for more information about Vet Direct.
Please visit the CDC for current information regarding your pet(s) and Covid-19. Please see below for other helpful links.
Another option for symptom-free/immune-compromised clients: we welcome you to arrange a Country Friends mobile visit! We will also happily arrange home deliveries for medications and pet food for this same group within our community.
Please call us with any concerns or questions you may have. We’re in this together!
